At LifePlanner4You Digital Planner, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

Because the LifePlanner4You Digital Planner is a non-tangible digital file, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after your order has been processed and the files have been delivered. Once downloaded, the product is considered “used,” and we cannot issue a refund.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

• You did not receive your download link or files within 24 hours after purchase and have contacted our support team.

• There is a technical issue with the file that prevents you from accessing it, and our team is unable to provide a working replacement.
